    • The contents are clear and easily readable. 
    • The website is organised clearly and is easy to navigate to find relevant information.
    • There is an option to access the information in multiple languages.
    • Fonts and colours used are easy to read etc.,
    • Text alternative for non-text content is available or text to speech option is available or subtitle, transcripts etc. are available for videos.
