Share good practices.

  • Create dedicated sections on the company intranet and in newsletters for sharing inclusive innovation practices, articles, and stories from both within and other organisations to grow the knowledge base of individuals.
  • Employees can also be encouraged to write blog posts about their experiences and insights focusing on inclusive innovation to be shared internally. 
  • Internal communication channels can be created to enable employees to discuss and share inclusive innovation practices i.e., what worked, what did not work, what could be done differently etc., This is to give everyone an opportunity to voice out their views and to incorporate concerns and good practices in different strategies.
  • Those employees or teams that have successfully implemented innovation practices addressing inclusivity can also be encouraged to share their stories by organising internal conferences and rewarded for the same.
  • Encourage leaders and champions to share their own inclusive innovation practices and difficulties they have faced and how they overcame it with others by having town hall meeting, and via internal communications to encourage transparency.
