- In the concept development stage evaluate how the different concepts developed would promote inclusivity and whether the idea for the product or service was formulated to have an impact on diverse groups after understanding their needs.
- When the product or service is ready to be launched, during the testing stage it is important to test the product or service with diverse user groups to understand if the product fits their needs and also
- In the implementation stage ensure that the final product or services are assessable to different users and is free of bias or exclusion.
- A feedback process should also be in place to ensure ongoing feedback from diverse users to further develop and monitor innovation process.
- A checklist can be developed to assess the different activities related to inclusivity that are included at different stages of innovation and can include the innovation champions to assess/review it.
